About
What this tool does
A GIF maker that turns a sequence of still images into an animated GIF, entirely in your browser. Screenshots of a flow, frames pulled from a video, a before-and-after pair: drop them in, arrange them, and the tool encodes a looping GIF you can post anywhere that does not play video.
The delay per frame controls the pace. Around 100 ms reads as motion, 500 ms to a second reads as a slideshow. The aspect ratio is taken from the first frame unless you pick one, and the scale multiplies the first frame's dimensions, so a 2× export from 600-pixel frames gives a 1200-pixel GIF.
Encoding runs in a web worker on your device; no image leaves the page. GIF is a 256-color format, so photographs with smooth gradients will show some banding. For that kind of material, a short video is the better choice; for UI, diagrams and text, GIF is ideal.

Under a minute.
Questions
- There is no fixed limit. Encoding time grows with the number of frames and their size, so for long sequences keep the scale at 1×.
