About
What this tool does
An app icon generator for the moment you need an icon that looks finished before a designer has touched it: a placeholder in a store listing, a logo mockup in a pitch, a favicon for a side project. Choose a glyph, color it, round the corners the way iOS and Android do, and place it on a gradient.
The export is a square PNG at twice the on-screen size, so a 400-pixel stage gives an 800-pixel image. Use a 1:1 crop of the tile alone for an icon file, or keep the gradient background for a product shot. The tilt option turns the tile in 3D for a hero image.
Everything renders in your browser from vector icons, so there is nothing to upload and the result is sharp at any size. For a full set of icon sizes or a device mockup around the result, open the exported image in the editor.
